Truck Driver Recruiter (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced recruiter who knows how to find and engage professional truck drivers?
Join DeDriver, a Germany-based international recruitment agency specializing in truck drivers and logistics professionals.
We are looking for a proactive, Tagalog-speaking recruiter who can identify, approach, and recruit qualified truck drivers for employment opportunities in Germany and across Europe.
Your Responsibilities

Actively source and recruit professional truck drivers, particularly Filipino candidates.

Identify suitable candidates through social media, job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and your own sourcing channels.

Contact, interview, and assess candidates regarding their experience, qualifications, and motivation.

Build and maintain your own candidate pipeline while working with leads provided by DeDriver.

Verify essential driver qualifications, including C/CE driving licences, Code 95, tachograph cards, and relevant experience.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate closely with our recruitment and operations teams.

Keep candidate records, recruitment progress, and follow-up activities updated in our recruitment system.
What We Expect

Native Tagalog speaker with excellent communication skills.

English at C1 level, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar staffing, truck driver recruitment, transport, logistics, or international manpower sourcing.

Strong candidate sourcing skills and the ability to develop your own recruitment channels.

Experience communicating with Filipino workers and understanding their employment expectations.

A proactive, independent, and results-driven working style.

Confidence using recruitment platforms, social media, and digital communication tools.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Additional languages are highly welcome, especially German and other European or Asian languages.
Salary & Benefits
₱28,300 fixed monthly base salary + performance bonuses.

₱3,530 bonus for every successfully placed candidate who starts employment.

Additional ₱3,530 bonus when the candidate completes their first month of employment.
Total potential bonus: ₱7,060 per successful placement, subject to the agreed bonus conditions.
What You Can Earn

5 placements/month: ₱63,600

8 placements/month: ₱84,780
Examples assume all placement and retention bonuses are earned. Actual monthly payments depend on when candidates start and complete their first month.
